Program fee for this course is $250 + GST (70% off regular course fee). Included in your fee in a free one year membership to Food and Beverage Manitoba including access to industry resources, networking opportunities and training sessions. The Restaurant to Recovery program (Pivot to Consumer Packaged Goods course) is a 5-morning workshop beginning in January that covers everything you need to know to bring your favourite dishes and recipes into a shelf-ready product for your customers to be able to enjoy at home. During the program, you will learn and have direct interaction with industry experts and a cohort of entrepreneurs including live question and answer sessions.
